Happy Passover

It’s that time of year. Passover 2008. We went to my parents house for the holiday. We had my aunt, uncle, cousin Michelle and Darren for the sedar. We have always done a quick sedar, but it was even a little faster with Matthew putting his two cents in (rather loudly). Matthew was just making sure he was first in line for the matzoh ball soup he loves so much. Mom did an amazing job with all of the food. Her famous Matzoh ball soup, brisket, turkey, oven roasted potatoes, spinach kugel, stuffing, yams and string beans. We did it all over again on Sunday with family friends Barbara, Jerry, Laurie, Don and all their kids.

Steele's Survive Disney

Our family went to Wally World (I mean Disney) in February. One recommendation for younger audiances. Sea World rocks, stay as far from Disney as possible. Disney can adversly affect your young one's and lead to long term therapy. Not to mention the fact that the marriage may not be intact when you exit the park. One other piece of advice, no balloons. Matty at least had a singular focus most of the day, not to let the balloon out of his site. You can imagine the meltdown's this caused as we went on rides. The upside, place was great (Hilton vacations location).

Grandparents entering the park full of spunk.
We chose to keep out the after pictures

The beginning of the balloon...... Oh yeah nice picture of the castle

Happy Birthday Matthew

Matthew turned 2 this past Sunday-March 23rd. How time flies. We had chocolate cake and sang....It was a big birthday weekend all around. Scott's mom turned 70 on the 24th so we celebrated on Saturday with her and the family. My dad's birthday is today (26th). We had a party for Matthew on Monday for his friends. It was a Diego theme -his favorite. We had 10 kids and their moms in the house for pizza and cupcakes. It was a fun day. Scott and I decorated the house the night before while Matthew was sleeping. He was so excited when he saw the decorations on Monday morning. Happy Birthday Matty !!!
